A lawyer by training, Pei Lin has an Honours Bachelor of Law Degree from the National University of Singapore and remains called to the Singapore Bar. Her experience in general litigation work in the early part of her career means she is familiar with complicated legal contexts and sensitivities. It puts her in the best position to help clients prepare for and manage communications around legal issues, working with clients’ legal teams and relevant commercial teams to resolve matters whilst protecting reputation. She has been involved in many high-profile cases, consulting and advising various organisations with response to criminal investigations and prosecution and civil litigation matters; taking a case to the “court of public opinion” on behalf of a company wrongly accused of anti-competition; intentionally drawing media and public attention to litigation by a small corporation against prominent businesses and governmental entities.
